There is no single price to publish, because no two evenings are the same event. An afternoon at a palenque for two and the same afternoon for eight are not the same purchase with a different multiplier — different vehicles, a different maestro’s day, a different table.
A published figure would have to pick one configuration and pretend it were typical. We would rather write to you with the real number for the thing you actually asked for.
Any figure on a page silently assumes all of this:
It is not a negotiating tactic, and the number does not change depending on who is asking. Two members requesting the same evening for the same table on the same date receive the same figure.
It is also not a delaying tactic. The house replies within a day, with the dates it can offer, the full programme hour by hour, what the figure covers, and one all-inclusive number. Nothing is added afterwards — no service charge, no gratuities at the end of the night, no per-person supplement discovered on arrival.
A proposal that shows the whole day before it shows the number: when the pick-ups leave, what happens in each hour, who you meet, what is included down to the gratuities.
We think that is the more useful document. A price with nothing behind it is not information — it is just a number you have no way to judge.
